The pipe broken underneath my kitchen sink so I shut rotten the sea, how do I swab my dishes w/o a working sink?

On Christmas Eve, mid-afternoon, the pipe burst under the sink. My landlady pleaded next to me to wait until the time after Christmas for a plumber. I had individuals over for dinner, dirtied a lot of dishes/pots/pans but figure I could wash them the sunshine after, when the plumbing under the sink could be repaired.

We're in a minute in the second year the plumber is promising to come, and I'm getting tired of the all the dirty dishes. Just stale my kitchen I have a half-bath near a small vanity sink. I enjoy a 40 gallon picnic cooler and a few big bowls. How should I set up things to wash dishes within the cooler and a bowl? Any other suggestions (I've sicced the law on her already but they can't do anything until after the holidays)?

Oh, I own a full bath near tub, but it's upstairs, and I hate carrying adjectives those dishes up and down the stairs. But would that work better?

Answers:    I wonder where that other answerer think dishwashers are connected if not lower than the kitchen sink. Sheesh! I would be tempted to supply them to your landlady-lol. The bathtub would do it adjectives at once. Do you have someone to support you carry them? If not, put hot hose in your big bowls, clean in one, rinse surrounded by the other one and let them dry on tea towels spread out over the counter. I touch for you.
use the 2 biggest pans you have--1 for soapy wet & 1 for hot water to rinse. Hope you hold someone around to help you.
