Someone put a line of transparent cassette on my slate floor, and when the tape be removed it left a mark... no matter how rock-hard I scrub, it seems the gum from the tape get deep contained by and still shows.

Use to remove dried latex paint, caulk, adhesive, sticker residue, gum, crayon, tarmacadam, oil, float, pen, lipstick, scuff marks, candle wax, grease and more.
Bleach. Full strength... agree to it sit. Don't let it dry. Remove and do again.
If that doesn't work, use fingernail polish acetone, similar to above. Then rinse and go support to bleach.
i would try goo be gone that works on sticky stuff like cassette that should take the video residue off.
