First article you should do is ask him where he put the peg.... then, if you can't put them subsidise yourself, ask him if he would put them back for you. If he doesn't own them, tell him that you will own to deduct the cost of the peg from his bill.

I would think you should not income till you get them pay for. I bet they were put someplace for locked keeping. But shouln't the cleaner put the grids back on also...I would consider so.
