What are the best products to clean the spots on my carpet.?

Pretty much food spots, like ranch dressing and soda. I don't want to rent a steam cleaner because it's a lot of hassle.

there is a product called shot spot they sell it in home depot, works well on spots, i used it on rusty water that came out of my baseboard

Oxy Clean works great,, so does tide with bleach in warm water, personally since I have kids I love that little green spot cleaning machine.
