If you can, don't charge by time. Charge by the job. I say this because if you end up getting done in less than 2 hrs. then the clients will assume you'll get paid less. You can charge a bit more for that kind of work as well. I wouldn't do the dishes or make the beds

Yes Definately, I work in an office with about 5 offices and two bathrooms and a break room. The company that cleans it only charges 70 each time and our office is twice the size of a small apartment.
