Tip #1: I've found that original Dawn dish washing liquid will remove some grease stains even after they've been through the dryer.
Tip #2: Use hair shampoo to get grease stains out.

Wow, the weird part is this past Sunday my daughter in law actually told me that by rubbing dish soap (dawn, joy,etc) on the oil spots dissolve them, then throw it in the washing machine with regular clothes soap(tide etc)! Try it out!

try goof off or oops, in the laundry section of walmart, however if you have dried it with the oil in it, in an automatic dryer, you may have killed the shirt. just try it and see.
soak in warm water with dishwashing liquid
try using stuff you find in auto parts store like "Fast Orange" or someting similar. it is a hand cleanser that has pumice and mechanics use to get grease of their hands. i found it to be usefull on clothes.
I use Lestoil or Fels Naphtha soap. Lestoil is a liquid and Fels Naphtha is a bar of soap. Both work well and can be found in your super market.
Spay and wash, but you need to use hot water. This is what a local cleaning company uses to remove lemon oil from uniforms.
My sister wears by this one... Use a bar of Dove soap. Wet the item to be cleaned then rub the bar directly onto the stain, scrub, scrub, scrub & rinse
Pretreat with a good detergent and let it set for an hour or more, wash as usual.
Try sprinkling some baby powder on the spot then wash as usual.
