Disgusting rust (?) surrounded by toilet.?

Noticed some dark red/orange/brownish lower than the toilet? (It's well mysterious most of the times)

Well how do you remove that and why is it created?
Is it the urines or the water ?


Answers:    It's probably rugged water build up, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner will filch it off.:)

It's probably years worth of piss stains! Just verbs it off near a scourer and bathroom disinfectant.
