get a new iron
try a brillo pad, they're good for most things
Wait until it's cold (obviously) and give it a scrub with a wire wool pad. Ours got some plastic on it and I scrubbed it off with one.
put the iron on eBay and buy another iron
Very gently use a soft Teflon pot scrubber. And next time, don't burn your iron! (g)
i use a scourer gets it off every time for me
She has stated it is new why would she buy another new one. These things do happen and the products don't always work so I myself would be keen to have some tips.
An old-fashioned way was to rub the mark with a bar of soap whilst the iron is warm, completely covering the burn. Wait until the iron is cold and then wipe soap and mark off with a damp cloth.
I hope this works.
sandpaper (carpentry) is wat i used & it wiped out the burn mark perfectly
oven cleaner - works for me everytime.
I use brillo myself.
oven cleaner or SOS pad or even a razor blade.
heat iron up turn it bk off then scrape off wot ever u burnt on it with a knife
well what i did was heat the iron to the hottest temp then take to the sink and put on washing up liquid and wipe with a cleaning pad watch u do not burn your fingers.
