PetCo carries a natural product called Nature's Miracle. It is an enzyme which eats away at the bacteria in animal urine, vomit and feces. It doesn't just cover up the smell. I'm not sure if you can take off the cushion covers or not. If you can, treat the covers and try to replace the cushion foam and batting. It is a lot cheaper than buying a new couch. Sometimes liquids soak into the cushions and it is impossible to ever get the smell out. If you cannot replace the cushions, treat the covers saturating them as thoroughly as possible and suck up the excess liquid with a wet/dry vac. Nature's Miracle works really well to eliminate dog urine smell, but if it soaked into the cushion it may take several applications.
