I like Tide. It's great and if you want a smoother scent add some lavender to it. You could also use some pine sol.

I LOVE Gain. It smells really fresh and the scent will last for a long time. I can put my clothes away and 2-3 weeks later when I feel like wearing it, they still smell "just washed"
Tide For Cold Water. I've seen a drop in my heat bill (water heater) since using this about 6 months ago. Gets whites really clean. Only drawback is, if I use too much Tide, my skin itches.
Melaleuca has a product called Mela Power, it doesn't add harsh chemicals. It is healthier for you to breathe since you are going to wear and sleep on items that are washed with it. My husband's allergies are a lot less since I switched. The only down side is that it isn't in stores. So when I order, I make sure I have extra.
i have used tide all my life. my mother uses it and so do i. i also like downy liquid fabric softener(i use one of those release balls) and i like snuggle fabric softener sheets. i am very particular about certain things. i only use charmin toliet paper, and dawn dishwashing liquid. other things i could care less.. like veggies, frozen or canned i dont care, same with paper towel, window cleaners, bread(not a big bread eater anyway)
