How do you take highlighter out of jeans?

i just dropped a freakin highlighter on my knees and now i hold streaks of yellow on my jeans. how can you get hold of it out? i'm at work right now, so i won't know how to do much more than soap and water until i carry home.


Answers:    Treat with any rubbing alcohol or laundry pretreater, let it sit on the stain for at smallest 15 minutes, then work surrounded by with your thumbs. Let it sit for another 15 minutes and check for stain removal. Repeat the process as needed until the stain is removed.

Its best to treat a stain quickly before it dries.....do you hold any computer cleaning wipes that are made from alcohol handy at your desk? I'd wipe a little of that on it immediately and then work at the stain more when you receive home.

SHOUT! I have be able to draw from EVERY THING out w/ Shout, from mustard to my husband's favorite white T-MAC sweatshirt that he decided to use to metamorphose the oil surrounded by the car near... it works wonders.
try WD-40 it will take out the color,
I use Carbona Stain Devils (you can find them surrounded by the laundry soap isle of the grocery). They have one specifically for ink. It works really resourcefully.
Dab some rubbing alcohol on the stain.:)
