Answers: Treat it with dilute Chlorine bleach to shoot Mold & spores, let stand surrounded by sun to dry.
Then seal surface next to lacquer or wax to stop any future outbreaks.

own you tried the rspca and pdsa they may beable to help, but smallar dogs are usually contained by big demand, possibly you could put your name down for one, or check contained by your local Petsmart, or leave an want ad there
