Honestly, blood isn't really that sturdy to get out it a moment ago takes some scrub. Neither is grass stains or baby formula you only just gotta have the right stuff and do some scrub. Paint is hard to attain out and so is any kind of grease. I wouldn't know about concrete or cement. My hardest so far have been gum, I tried everything.
