Removing stains from linen jacket?

I am trying to remove a stain from a linen jacket which was caused when a mosquito spray product (alcohol based Deet) leaked onto it during a flight. The jacket says "dry clean only" but I wondered if there is any advice on making some preparatory attempts without ruining the jacket.

Answers:
You can wash Linen in cold water, but DO NOT put it in the dryer...If you have a hard time getting the wrinkles out after it has air dried, take it to the cleaners and have them steam press it only.
I have washed linen many times, with great results.
I added a website for you, it says to iron linen while it is still damp, but if you have lining in your I would not do this

I wouldn't. Just tell the cleaners what it is. They will know what to do.
try fairy liquid - sounds daft but it works
get the dry cleaners to do it
