Does cleaning with household ammonia disinfect?

Using a household ammonia bottle bought for $2, can I disinfect my bathroom, or just clean it?

I use to work for a cleaning company, and trough our training, we were informed that Ammonia is a very strong cleaner, but can only kill 10% of germs.

A Proper disinfectant should be used, although, you can find combination products. These products are not 100% effective against bacteria and germs.

For best results, it is recommended to use both products.
