According to Consumer Reports :"oil-based stains (crayon, ballpoint-pen ink, lipstick, etc) do not come off (leather). When applied in an effective effort to remove these stubborn stains, commercial leather cleaners are likely to remove some color (from the furniture)." Call a furniture store that sells leather or look in the yellow pages
According to the "Queen of Clean" you might be able to remove spots from leather using "cuticle remover" by rubbing it into the spot, wait 10 min. then massage the area with a cloth dipped in the cuticle remover. Beware: this advice does not say what kind of "spots" this will remove. Good luck!
