What's the best washer/dryer to buy for the lowest money surrounded by the UK?
Answers: If at all possible don't buy a washer/ dryer. My house caught fire due to the one i have. I was told by the fire brigade that the lint from the dryer cycle caught fire when the wash machine be on a full spin. I regularly cleaned the filters but have never taken the top off the tool to clean the lint out. They also said that they have been to a quantity of house fires that had be started in this method. This was a few years ago when they first came out. so technology may own changed but it's still something to think just about.

These things renovate all the time. Go for the one near the biggest drum, with natural to understand controls and a angelic energy-saving rating (most of them are quite suitable now). Check the main dealers' websites (eg: currys, argos, and comet). Also, read this: http://www.channel4.com/4homes/magazine/... so you'll be better informed.
currys, comet, tesco or argos check the websites
If you own the space/money do not buy a washer/dryer combination. Zanussi brand washers and dryers are quiet fair and work quite in good health. A self condensing dryer can go anywhere, as a vent to the outside is surplus. The trouble with combination washer/dryers is that you can as a rule only wash/dry partially a load, which is both naive and uneconomical.
Go to this site:-
www.comet.co.uk and click on clearance auctions.(at the bottom of the page on the left.)
You can pick up some authentic bargains on this site. It works approaching an auction. They give you a detailed description of results etc with photos and next you bid.
Hope this helps.
