How can I get an dark oil stain off my jacket?

The sleeve of my jacket got caught in the wheel of my bike and came out with this huge black oil stain. It's like the stain from fixing cars -- I was wondering what kind of substance would take it off?? MY jacket's cotton and beige colored. Thanks!
