How do I get the yellow sweat stains out of a white cotton top?

Spray Windex on it right before you put it to wash....it sounds like I got it from "My big fat greek wedding' but I didn't...My friend's momhas a bottel fo windex in their laundry room just for that...btw don't let the windex soak orvernight or for hours either because you will havea blue stain on your item...
I must say this is simple,
wash it with bleach and mild soap...
I'm not sure I've seen yellow sweat stains. It sounds like someone has been urinating in their shorts.
bicarbonate soda soak it in it before washing it
cut the sleeves off
