What do you do next to the grease from your philosophical tubby fryer?

mine hs to be changed very regularly but we dont use it that much!!
it other gets black floaty bits of stuff but we with the sole purpose ever cook chips in it immediately and again! and we use good sunflower grease!

i pour it down the drain but im not sure that i am supposed to!
what do you do with it??


Answers:    any grease i use (which isn't much) goes into a container afterwards goes to recycle substance where they dispose of it....don't put it down the drain it will eventually block and its also impossible for the environment ......
Don't pour it down the drain! It will get blocked sooner or after that.
My mum used to pour it into a container then hang around till it hardens and throw it surrounded by the bin.
Dont tell anyone that you pour it down the drain,you will draw from linched.Your local council will have an grease disposal site for this.THERE ARE THOSE THAT RUN THEIR CARS ON CHIP FAT.
Don't flush it down the drain. Take it to the Council Rubbish Recycling Facility (or "Tip" to you and me).

They should have containers for household and motor grease.
Don't pour it down the drain your going to get a clogged drain. Pour it surrounded by a container, I use coffee containers, then I throw it away.
DON'T POUR IT DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!! That is so fruitless.

I put mine in a disposable cup (like a big beer cup) and put it within the freezer, then when it harden I toss it in near the regular trash and out it goes.
put it within a container and freeze it in the freezer it will capture hard and next u can just throw it away on scrap day.
Don't pour it down the drain. You'll shutting up with a primary clog and mess. After it cools down, I pour mine in a container and freeze it. If it's not like mad you can pour it in a closure lock bag. Then on junk day I throw it out.
Heard on a recent cookery programme that if you pour tubby into a container, sink a piece of string into it )with enough not here over to hang it up later), when it have set warm the container slightly to see you to get it out confidently. Now it is ready to droop up outside for birds to eat, (but according to where on earth you live I'd watch out surrounded by case it attracts rats instead)
Pouring it down the drain is unpromising, I don't do that. I save the bottle that it come in from the store, I use a funnel, pour it spinal column into that bottle. Making sure the lid is on tight. Then toss it in the trash.
I save the oil bottles once I've empty them. Then pour my used oil into my water jug, and pour it back into the bottle and bin it. Don't pour it down the sink, it will smell and eventually block your sink and drainage.
Pouring grease or any grease down the drain will sooner or later result in it to back up. It will be smaller quantity costly to just pour it into an ancient container like a coffee can, coke bottle, etc and after put it in the trash.
I hold a metal funnel with a peak in it. After the grease cools I pour the oil through the funnel rear into the bottle. It filters out the burned bits contained by the oil. I toss those within the trash and then I use the grease again the next time I fry.

When the grease starts getting too dark for my partiality I just toss the bottle contained by the trash.
strain out the bits with a tea strainer, and reuse, when ur organized to disguard, i wouldn't pour it down the drain, that will cause problems near your plumming later. place infirm oil into an ancient coffee container/lid and sent out in the trash

I usually flush it. Feel way too guilty throwing it down the drain. Maybe its time to receive a new fryer?! Is the black bits, bits of food? Check that its not paint crumbling off, tremendously common contained by industrial fryers.
I work for a Water/sewer dept. and pouring it down the sink is the worst thing you can do. It will build up on the pipes and you will enjoy a horrible problem in the adjectives with blockages, and not to mention the sewer treatment plant can hold problems from too much grease.
If the grease doesn't smell old or rancid after just use a bit strainer with a button and scoop out the bits. Thats what my mom other did.
Once it has be used a few times then I preserve either outmoded coffee cans/spaghetti/pickle jars and agree to the grease get completely cool and pour it into the jar and put the lid on and you can just throw it within the garbage.
