How to bring rid of white mould on wood?

Is there a honourable way of cleaning white mould bad a wooden picture frame and keeping it from coming back? Have tried cleaning it, but the white mould simply comes back. Also get the same problem near a stoneware vase. Are they both saveable, or should I basically bin them?

Answers:    One thing you can use is bleach, but try it first previously you apply straight bleach on it so it does not damage the finish.
The other entity is you must find out why t is recurring. Mold is thoroughly bad for your condition. The cause is other dampness within the walls or ceiling. Is the picture close to a window or any place it can capture continuous water. Check at the rear it if you haven't yet. I am sure something else is the culprit here
Good luck
