Why is my dishwasher disappearing my teaspoons beside a tarnished finish? They don't own a shine or look verbs.?
Answers: Stainless steel and chrome can go within the dishwasher, but not silver or EPNS. You get electrolytic corrosion because the dishwasher body is stainless steel.
You can take the finish back near silver polish or cloudy ammonia. After that it's back to wash them by hand.
are you sure they are dishwasher protected?
try rubbing a wee bit salt onto the spoon to remove tea/coffe stains etc.

you own hard wet, make sure your using squirt dry, or some kind of rinse aid. it will support but it won't completely fix the problem. if you really want it fixed buy a water softener for your house, or buy a dishwasher near a water softener. which is gonna be expensive.
