Maybe if she commented that you have the same refrigerator, stove, or cabinets . Maybe she was just trying to make conversation and didn't know what else to say (sometimes I'm socially inept like that)
She was making a connection with you. People do this all the time. In-fact that is one of the things about yahoo answers... people asking questions seeing who answers they agree with, making connections...
