How do I polish silver and brass?
Answers: Common white vinegar and baking soda work VERY all right to remove tarnish from silver, brass, and copper. Use a soft cloth or sponge soaked in the vinegar and use the baking soda as a rubbing compound.
I enjoy also tried plain table salt near vinegar, but it doesn't work as well.
If you hold some paste wax (like you'd put on your car) to buff the brass or silver after cleaning, the verbs metal won't oxidize as fast and will remain shiny longer. However, don't do this beside items which will be used for food, like table silverware.
boiling wet and baking soda put boiling water into your sink saturate it up put the silverware in it after start pouring the baking soda in.
