Coffeemaker issues! How do I capture the grinds out of the filter nouns?

The filter in my coffeepot folded over and the grinds leak out. I've already run two pots of water and vinager through it, but I still can't take them all out. The filter picnic basket area is not detachable. Any accepted wisdom? Thanks!

Answers:    An old toothbrush is an awesome scrubber for those ridged areas. Wash as you customarily would using the toothbrush, and rinse thoroughly with cold wet to remove any suds. All should be fine. I periodically wash mine merely because the oils surrounded by coffee beans leave a show after a number of uses. Enjoy your coffee!
Unplug the coffeemaker and invert it over your sink. With nurture, use your sprayer to spray water into the picnic basket area and dampen reservoir. This should help return with alot of the grinds out. Run another pot with singular water to flush any remaining grinds.
