You can use wd-40 or goo be gone, but I get ink off our porcelin bathe tub by using the same article I use to remove it from clothes: hairspray.
I am assuming that it is ball point pen ink though and not a feel tip marker.
Just cause sure that whatever you use, you don't cut into the enamel because otherwise you risk the underlying metal to be exposed and for rust to set in.
simply spray hairspray on any ink and it in half a shake is removed...you will need to wipe up the residue.

Finger nail polish remover... This have happened to me back, and that worked really well. freshly make sure to wipe it down really capably after you get the ink out.
