Answers: If they are small, you could try running a sticky lint roller over them, the kind that have the tear bad sheets like video. It might pick up a few. I would imagine that you are going to own to resort to picking them out one at a time, maybe beside tweezers.
LOL. I did that too. Now I feel better. I must own forgot, several years later did it the 2nd time; never repeated.
Roller cartridge may remove some and break off some (those will be more embedded). Brushing will own same affect.
