i hate it to
watch tv or listen to the radio it helps it to go by quicker
Woolite,
wrinkle releaser.

college students everywhere have solved the problem. NOw you can enjoy the solution.
i think its relaxing
I hate it so much I never ever do it.

Try playing some techno or R&B or pop or punk rock music while ironing and kind of dancing to it for a little work-out. This kind of music helps me get through anything I don't want to do.
keep up with it daily instead of letting it build up.i love ironing but i always have clothes that are a b itch to iron
Just don't buy anything that has to be ironed. That's what I did. I have not had to iron anything in a couple of years.
yes, i hate it as much as you
Good music or some entertaining tv works for me. However, I enjoy ironing in the peace and quiet of my own home. I prefer to call it therapeutic......lol
I don't hate you.
im sad i actually like it but other things i hate so ill do your ironin and u can do my hoovering
Sometimes I watch TV when I iron.

Also I have some pictures on the wall in front of my ironing board to look at, mostly Impressionists.
nope , its one of those dreadfull , horrible , mundain , soul destroying tasks !! pass the razor blade
Oooh yes. It comes a close second to cleaning the toilet. I used to use an ironing service which was brilliant and not too expensive. It would be my one luxury!

I find that sitting down watching a good programme on TV helps pass the time.
sorry cant help but can feel ur pain. i can spend 20 min on a piece of clothing and it still has wrinkles in it....
I only iron what I need for that day!! I hate to iron too! I listen to rock&roll while ironing!!
i didn't know that people still ironed their clothes...cool. i have ironed in about 9 years and i don't miss it.
Why are you ironing so much when most fabrics these days are simple wash n wear. Just hang them right up out of the dryer and they sould be good to go.

I don't hate ironing but then I only iron when it's really important. Helps to have a really good ironing board and iron.
lol i do
I used to Iron alot, now i either tumble dry it or leave it creased and if my children (whom are old enough) want anything ironed they do it themselves
I hate it as much as you so I do about 10 to 15 minutes of it most nights so it never piles up.
ME I hate ironing more than you do I hate it more than anyone on the planet and I've got to do it for 2 people.
There is no way to make it enjoyable and especially not in a heatwave. I sit in front of the telly with the ironing board at knee height, I do it with music on, nothing helps.
Don't iron anything unless you absolutely have to, not bedding or underwear or t-towels, its stupid and pointless.
When you get clothes out of the machine put them on hangers straight away so they dry less wrinkly.
Do the ironing every day so you've only got a couple of things to do not a pile.
Do it fast so it doesn't drag on then give yourself a large bar of chocolate and a cream bun. You deserve it.
Your just like me, i could cry every time i look at the ironing basket. I think we either need to get someone else to do it, or slit our wrists?
Theres people that come round to house and take it away for you, they weigh it and charge accordingly, that's what I'm going to do, don't give a sh*t how much it costs!!!!!
Yes, we hate it. Watch TV while ironing or take to cleaners
Yes -- sometimes it is agony but I do the following:

1. Turn on the radio and listen to the news
2. Lower the ironing board and sit in a folding chair while ironing
3. Do it early in the morning after awakening (when I have the most patience)
4. Do it within one or two days after they have been washed (so I don't have to look at it)
5. Do it in poor lighting so you don't see all the wrinkles (doesn't need to be perfect)
Me too hate ironing !!!
Haha, who still irons? I've only seen my mom/grandma iron once or twice in my life (I'm 18). I have yet to have the need to use an iron. I know how to, but I just don't have the need.

Here's a secret: Buy clothes that don't require ironing!
One day I was ironing a top and my son walked in and asked "whos wedding Mom?"....lol....thats how often the ironing board is out in my house!....Throw it in the dryer for a few minutes....Good enough for me....hahaha!
yes i hate it and absolutely refuse to do it. i just take everything to the dry cleaners. i told my bf that if we ever get married i will NOT iron anything for him ever.
The only time you will catch me ironing is with curtains for the windows. I prefer watching a movie, when doing the dastardly deed, over listening to music.

Here's the best part I use DOWNY Wrinkle Releaser on everything else. Put your shirt on a hanger, spray, tug at the wrinkles and let dry. It works I swear by it.
