Try soaking the spot in cold water with a little detergent. After a few minutes scrub the material with your hands unless you're okay with a brush but you may ruin the fabric. Keep doing it until you are satisfied. Depending on how long the blood has been on the fabric, it may not all go away. Good luck
If you cannot soak the item in a bleach solution (ie: whites), try a stain removing product like Zout. I've had very good luck with both the spray and the liquid gel versions.

I leave the stain remover on stained/dried areas for several hours, and then relaunder per the garment instructions
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SHOULD TAKE IT OUT
bleaching i guess is the only solution, unless ur clothes are white.
Give the stain a good soaking with a stain remover, then leave it in your laundry basket for a few days. When you get around to washing it, add wool wash to the water, just as you would laundry detergent. I have been using this method for a little over 7 years, because my boyfriend is highly sensitive to bleach, so I cannot use it. Buying wool wash from a dollar store works wonders!
Peroxide or soak in bleach water or Oxy Clean the stain out as long as it's white..other wise just use Peroxide.
try peroxide. it breaks down the protein in the blood. then wash with oxyclean.
peroxide should get it out or go to bob evans resturant they sell a product called granny spot remover for 2.99 a bottle it works wonders good luck
