Glass table cleaner?

Try and find 'Nilglass'. (and some kitchen wipe to polish it off as it drys)
It's a bit more commercial use than around the home, but it's remarkably good.

50/50 white vinegar and water.
Try Dettol's new glass cleaner thing.
Mr muscle is the best one, spray on and wipe off with good strong kitchen paper, not sure if it will kill the bacteria but it definately will leave it streak free. for the bacteria you will have to get one from the dettox range perhaps.....
Try any sort of antibacterial spray, but get one of those magic locths or wonder cloths. I can't remember what you call them, but they have microfibers in them and there isn't a streak in sight. Highly recommended!
Vinegar is good for that you could clean it first with an antibacterial spray then polish with vinegar it leaves not streaks.
Savlon antibac cleaner is very good and would be ideal for your table.
a tiny bit of bleach all over, then use a damp newpaper and wash off the bleach. then get dry news paper with circlular motions rub dry. no streaks. you probably seen car owners do it with the windscreen
I think 409 makes a glass and antibacterial cleaner. Do you have 409 in the UK? Actually you can use 409 All Purpose cleaner on glass as well as other surfaces.

vinegar and water, and wipe with old newspaper, i've heard it works on mirrors so it should work on glass tables, and the acid in the vinegar should kill bacteria. plus it's cheap and won't harm the child
Use ammonia. You can get it from chemists, and it wil kill everything and leave the surface flawless. Just ventilate the room well: it stinks and is an irritant.
It works well on mozzie bites. too.
in the states we use clear vue, it is acetone based and does a fantastic job.
Vinegar
This is serious - Vodka. It kills everything and is a good detergent, not too sure about streaks though. It's also really good on mold and mildew and keeping razors clean and rust free. Not to be kept near the 3 year old of course!

I'm with the vinegar n water person but add a tiny touch of washing up liquid (u can get anti-bacterial ones), wash on n wipe off with newspaper as u would windows. Believe me much better than all these chemical filled cleansers
Vinegar is brilliant - and cheap! The smell doesn't linger.
If you kill all the bacteria around a three year old they will never be able to get their own immune system built up. Surely you don't have that much on a glass table that would significantly harm a three year old. Just use good old fashioned pink windolene if you put it on with a damp cloth and then take off with a clean duster it will sparkle a treat and not a streak in sight
Vinegar and water just mix 1 cup water and 1/3 cup vinegar. Put into spray bottle and use . I use newspaper for cleaning, like a paper towle.,

well this is what ~I reccommend go to your local car deal;er and ask for one say that it is for your car glass that shoukld be trhe correct one you get that will help you clean the glass
the secret for the streaks is kitchen towel use any spray but i guarantee if you use kitchen towel you will have the shine you all ways wanted

Hmm- Try white vinegar to remove the soil, then follow that up with alchohol to deal with the bacteria.
