Whites surrounded by hot with bleach. Socks, underwear, sheets and towels, gym clothes, hot. Light color clothes thaw out. Darks cold. Change sheets once a week or more if they look dirty(I like white sheets on my bed).
I've done adjectives my wash contained by cold water since 1997. The just time I may use hot is with a nouns of new whites... similar to sheets, white shirts... bed sheets and pillow cases we change weekly or more regularly when it is humid. My girlfriend does the washing surrounded by warm or hot hose down... we don't agree on the necessity of that... but I don't think it is worth getting into an argument over, as she is frugal and environmentally conscious within most other areas.
30oc or 40oc dark clothes , turned inside out, as it help keep the color whilst washing& also when you droop them outside the sun won't bleach them. White cotton 40oc-60oc wash, depening on the instrustions on the sticky label, Sheet , heavely soiled Cotton or linen. 60oc- 90oc. White articals of clothing are best hang outside within the sun as the sun bleaches them whiter than white the natural path, so need to use bleach. All tentative colored clothes should be washed first surrounded by cold water to craft sure the color does't run. Don't want all your other clothes made a different color. Sheet's I regulation twice a week, sometimes more, just depends on how hot the weather is. Nothing better than popping into bed,after a nice cool shower to nice fresh sheet's. Everything on cold and I convert my sheets every 3 days. I have white 1200 tc egyptian cotton sheets and a husband that drools ALOT so I kinda nouns about them getting ruined.
Wash the sheets once a week and I rinse everything in cold hose down. Occasionally I will wash within warm or hot only just to kind of "clean" out the tool!
