How to completely remove coffee stains on a white/ivory cotton shirt?

Answers:    For a fresh tea or coffee stain, immediately pour boiling dampen over the stain until it disappears. Or, soak the stain with borax and river, then clean up as usual. On old stains, cause a paste of borax and hose down, leave on for 15 minutes, later wash as usual.:)
