Can Oxy-Clean stains be removed from carpet?

My mother decided to clean her carpet using OxyClean unfortunately she forgot to color-test it on a patch first. Now her light green carpet has yellow-brownish marks on it. Does anyone have any ideas how these could be removed? Or are they stuck with a ruined carpet?

ummmm.......you know i really dont know. i use oxyclean all the time. i dont know why it didnt work.
If there is green there then try to use ammoa and water. Mix it half and half. Be sure to test it before useing it. It is good at taking out Coolaid and pet stains. But if there is no Green there at all then it is likely to be ruin. You can have a carpet cleaning com come in and die it back. it does cost but is cheeper then new carpet
They can usually only be covered up with a dye. Contact some of your local car dealers service department's and find out who they use to spot dye the carpet in cars. With a price cheaper than replacing the carpet they might be able to cover or blind the dye in to match.
