Does anyone know how to get hair dye off of a toliet seat?

Before doing anything else, try using a little hair spray. Sounds crazy, but hair spray will work on inks and such things. Try that first. You probably have some of that right there in your bathroom.
If that doesn't work, I like the $8 answer. Toilets seats are easy to replace. In fact, you can ask how right here!

Try bleach first. if that doesn't work, go buy a cheap toilet seat and change it.
is the seat ceramic, plastic, or other. i would ask the customer service department in a hardware store. finding something to take off the dye without destroying the seat is a challenge. good luck

Try Magic Eraser. If it won't do it nothing will and you might as well take the "toilet seats are 8 bucks at WalMart" advice.
I'VE DONE THIS ONE.TRY UNDILUTED BLEACH AND LET IT
STAND.THEN RINSE WITH CLEAR WATER.
