Strange spots showing up on my clothes after I wash them?

Every now and then, some of my shirts will suddenly have a spot on it that looks just like a water got on it, but it doesn't dry and feels kind of oily or something. They always show up after I do my laundry, so am I using too much detergent? Also, I'm a girl so I have a bad habit of dowsing myself in body spray, so could it be from that?

Could be any of these answers. You need to try a process of elimination to figure this one out. It could be the detergent which should be put in before the clothing or diluted with water. It could be dryer sheets or liquid fabric softner and yes even the body spray. Change one of the things at a time untill you can figure it out.

I had the problem from dry sheets. I stopped using them and the spots went away. No, the spots did not go away, the spots I had were permanent. New ones did not appear.

I've had the same problem. Chap stick in the dryer is a big problem, but I think the detergent straight on the clothes can do it sometimes. I try and put the detergent in first and then the clothes.
i some times get it on my clothes you r using to much soap powder cut it down and you will see the difference good luck
Do you use liquid fabric softener? That can cause stains.
yes it could be, i would try not use so much body spray cuz it sounds like its getting on your clothes and then coming off on all of the other clothes during the washing cycle......if you try this and you don't see the spots anymore that will tell you right there if that is the problem. just try that first and then go from there.......Good Luck
