What is the best [safest/gentlest] product for cleaning patio furniture cushions?
Answers:
I have always used baking soda, it cleans everything off, and for any tough stains on them, pour vinegar on them after the baking soda is on, dont have to use much force then. And yes, I would just stand them in an upright position outside in the sun to dry, the vinegar will also set any colors so they dont fade as easily...also cheap!

I would use some oxy clean in some warm water, give them a little scrub brush then hose them off, and let them dry in the sun.

Simple Green and a scrub brush. Do not lay them on the lawn. It's better to lay them on a concrete surface.
I use a product called Greased Lighting. I bought it a Wal-Mart and it worked great. I sprayed it on the cushions and used a scrub brush to work it in. Hosed them off and hung them to dry on my fence.
Plain old dish soap or vinegar in a spray bottle works. Then rinse with the garden hose & leave to dry on the concrete driveway not in the grass.
