When I lived in an apartment, our blue jeans left dye all on the inside of the dryer and it kept getting on all the rest of the stuff we would machine dry. So we called the landlord and they sent out a maintanence person with a spray can of... something, I don't know what. But it was some sort of spray on chemical cleaner, it wiped the dye right off. I'd imagine if you're desperate, you could go the chemical route - I wish I knew the exact name of the product, though.
