how do you remove tree sap from clothes?
Answers:
Peanut butter, believe it or not, will take it out. The peanut oil will break down the sap. This also works for chewing gum & maple syrup.
Other answers:
I found that tree sapp is like chewing gum. Try freezing it with an ice cube or a bags of frozen peas and picking it off once it's frozen. And for the love of god don't wash it in hot water. good luck.

Goo Gone
...get a little bit of "LACQUER THINNER". BE careful and use some rubber gloves. Then wash off the garment with lots of soap. The thinner is very expensive $10 to $12 dollars a gallon. My b/f says this is how he has removed glues from his cabinet job out of his clothing. Sap will dissolve right out of the fabric, and use old clean dry towel rags to absorb the solution.
Like Susan said peanut butter works great.Don`t use one with out the oil in it.Miracle Whip work`s almost as good
