you've got calcium deposits...due to hard water. Kaboom works really well....for a more permanent solution you can install a water softener

very easy just use the soap you use to hand wash the dishes in your house you just put in any container soap a little Clorox and follow your routine and once a week to make them sparkling clean clean the tiles how I'm telling you and then use in the end jet dry with a sponge and the rinse do it and let me know,it work 4 me.
Need to know more information. What kind of tile is this? Is it stone? black granite perhaps? If so, you need to seal it to prevent water from penetrating and leaving deposits.
Or, is this just a white film that is left on the tile after it gets wet and the water dries; if so, then you probably have hard water stains. The only thing you can do about that is to towel dry the tile (or use a squeegie) after any time it gets wet. Or buy a water softener for your house.
after cleaning, apply car wax...yes car wax (or polish). it will regain it sparkle, and be much easier to clean. don't use harsh cleaners, they won't be necessary. then just reapply a few times a year when it starts to get dull(just like your car). it takes a little time to apply, but you save a lot of time cleaning, and it looks great.
Try using Pledge Furniture polish on tiles and sink. Make sure you buff them well after applying
Good ol Mr Clean magic sponge. Then polish with WD-40. Your problem will vanish.
