umm wash it???/DUH
you should buy some spray n wash and get it out...............or oxy clean
find out what is wrong with dog
there is something at pet store called Nature's Miracle. I found that it got up a small blood stain on my carpet
dont' use spray n wash or any other laundry spot remover....most will bleach out the spot on the carpet. you can use baby soap/shampoo/*small* amount of dish soap (as long as there is no bleach) or a bar of white soap and cold water. Use a scrub brush instead of a cloth and rub vigorously. It should come right out. i've had to clean up plenty of it this way and it has worked for me every time. even when it's been dried on.
Hydrogen Peroxide w/ remove blood. The fresher the blood the better it works, but I've removed blood that was days old; it just takes longer.
Replace your carpet, it is just wrong to have pink carpet, say no to it and stick to neutral colors!
Peroxide is the best solution to removing blood from any fabric.
For carpet, pour a very small amount onto the stain, and blot with an old towel or rag until the blood is gone!
Use peroxide to boil it out them clean up with soap and water.
white wine will remove it ( but if that fails drink the wine it will look the same colour then)
Clean it immediately and it will come right out and not leave a stain. Oxiclean works great.
I KNOW this works for blood stains on clothing. You MAY want to try it on your carpet.
1.) Make a paste with mean tenderizer and a little water.
2.) Using an old tooth brush scrub the stain with the paste.
3.) Allow to set for a while, possibly over night.
4.) Remove with a damp cloth.
GOOD LUCK!!
put peroxide on the carpet and dab clean, it works great for blood on carpet. My dog did the same thing and this is what I used and it cleaned it right up.
