What is your routine for cleaning the bathroom?
Answers:
I remove the curtains and shower curtain, rugs and towels (even the decorative towels) and put in washer and start the cycle. While that is going, I do the tub and tile using the foam spray, land handled tub cleaning brush and I have a hand held sprayer on my shower so then I rinse and dry. Then I wax the shower stall/bathtub surround. I do the windows and window sills next using vinegar and water (to clean both the glass the trim). Put that bucket water down the toilet and clean the inside of the toilet with the vinegar water (I usually spray the foam cleaner spray up inside the toilet bowl. Then I thoroughly rinse the toilet bowl cleaner. Spray the entire toilet with Mr. Clean or a disinfectent cleaner, use paper towels and wipe clean. Then the sink with foam cleaner and a clean bucket of warm water. You can wash down the walls using the long handled tub cleaner and warm water. Last I do the floor by hand washing as I work my way out of the bathroom.

first I clean the sink, using a rag and usually some spray cleaner, depending on what I happened to buy. Next I clean the tub using the same rag and comet, I have found that works best on my tub cause of our water. Next I clean the toilet with toilet brush, rag, comet. I hate doing the toilet!! Then I used paper towels and window cleaner to clean all the brass and mirrors. Last of all is the floor, (actually I usually sweep the floor before I start anything that way if I get water on the floor while cleaning I don't have to sweep a wet floor). I mop with Armstrong, smells decent and works great. Just got this job done today so it's fresh in my mind!! (worst part of house cleaning if you ask me!)

I always keep some clorox wipes under the sink and wipe things down daily. My bathroom is all white and I like things clean. I use the clorox flushable things for the toilet, they work well for me. For the shower I spray it every time I take a shower and use a squeege so as not to leave any water spots. It never gets messy or dirty if you maintain it every day. I'm the same with most rooms in the house; although I must admit I do not make the bed every day.
First I spray down all the tile with comet bathroom cleaner. Then I pour in the toilet cleaner. Let every thing soak for about 10 min. and then start scrubbing away. After I do all that I get a bucket of hot and I mean hot water with bleach and rinse everything down again. Then I dump that bucket and fill with just hot water and rinse again. Then I break out the paper towels and the windex and shine everything up. I do that 2 times a week. And in between that I'm constantly wipe off the sink and toilet with Clorox bleach wipes.
Is that anal enough for ya.
Oh, and I bleach out the tub every day cuz my cat thinks its a littler box.
First I remove all the bathroom coordinates like the shower curtain and guest towels. I remove everything from off the sink and dust it. Then I sweep and wipe up any hair or dust...Then I spray the entire bathroom down with Clorox cleanup. I let it sit for a second then I start with the tub, I scrub it down, clean the soap dishes and rinse the bottles....then I scrub the toilet and sink. Windex the mirrors. After the counters and toilet are clean and wiped down I go over everything with a paper towel and windex. Once that is done I finsih off with the floors. I spray them down with clorox cleanup and fill up a bucket of scolding hot water and mop away.
Once the bathroom is dry I put out nice fresh hand towels and fresh clean rugs and presto my bathroom sparkles and smells fresh like my tropical plug-in.
i have a Becket ready at all time with
cleaners of all kinds to.
okay 1. i open the windows and start to put the cleaner of Mr.clean on my sink and then i use a tooth brush to get right up close and then the sink it self with the scrubber pad, then
2. i stat the tub cleaning with the Mr.clean bathtub scrubber and really get into the Netty gritty and clean the hell out of it,then it's time for 3. the floors and i use my broom and mop and just keep it looking nice and scribed really clean down on my knees and scrape my corners out with a knife and then mop it with a bleach water and then clear water and then floor wax,
it a toff thing to go through but it looks so nice after that you could eat off it.
and yes I'm a cleaning nut b/c i love my home and want anyone that comes to my house to see that i care about my house to.
I clean my bathroom thoroughly once a week. I start off with the shower/bath. I spray down the tile wall with Clorox clean up(we tend to get that orange fungus), I then move on to top left of the bathroom going left to right. I get the door frames and light fixtures. I use a feather duster to clean them. I then go to my sink doing mirror first. I use Dawn soap in water to clean mirrors. I move on to the sink using a sponge and soft scrub., I dry sink ,counter, accessories with a clean rag. I lemon oil my wooden cabinets below. I go back to the shower/ tub, rinse tiled wall and scrub bottom with soft scrub and sponge, rinse well. Move on to toilets using bleach and pumice stone for mineral build up- I use gloves. I spray outer toilet with Clorox wipe up with paper towel. I move on to floors and baseboards using hot water and vinegar changing water when necessary. I wash my cleaning sponge after use in hot water with bleach and air dry.
I use some sort of wet wipes, or even damp tissue paper, and swipe out the sink and go over the tile floor, just to get all the hairs up. Then I deep clean like all the other answers at least once a week.
