Should I be concerned that I got vegetable oil on the bottom of my stove? How do I clean it off?

It will probably smoke when you turn it on, unfortunately. There's a possibility that if the heat is intense enough, it could catch on fire.
I'd wash it out.

ya you should be, all you have to do is warm the oven, not to much to you can touch the inside, but the warmth will make it extemley esy to just wipe off, good luck!
wash it with some dish soap it will remove the oil, do it before you cook cause other wise its gonna stink or even catch on fire.
