Does anyone know how to seize a blood stains out of a camel hearth rug ?
Answers: I would be especially hesitant in the order of hydrogen peroxide on anything that's n0t white as hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent. Unless the blood is in a particularly inconspicuous area, you may weave up with a much lighter light brown area!
I would first try COLD soapy hose, using hand wash dish soap to lift out the dried blood.
Since blood is a protein/enzyme stain, I'd subsequent try an enzyme soak detergent, dissolved in COLD marine. Any heat will set a protein/enzyme stain.
If the blood have penetrated deeply into the runner fibers, backing, and lagging, it may take relatively a bit of cold water to loosen the dried blood.
Try some hydrogen peroxide.:)
