What does "ultracare" on my Maytag dryer do?

It's a setting on there and I can't figure out what it does.

Answers:
Ad gimmick to make you pay more, the manual should tell you what its supposed to do. Its just a low heat seeting by the way so things dont shrink as much, but mostly just a gimmick, like genuine imimtation

Other answers:
Read the manual.
Read the manual.
Slow tumble, gentle heat...good for your "delicates"
It may just be a gentle cycle for knits or delicates.

The word however,,,as soooooo many other words and phrases are designed,,, is a "catchword" An advertising situation meant to add something to the "Mundane"

It could be that SUPER DUPER,,or "Extra easy on your sweeties" or,,, "Rocks your sweaters like a momma with a baby",,,could work as well and mean the same,,,, OR there is the possibility, that any word or phrase like that,,,while having an explanation in a user manual,,,,may in fact,,,NOT do ANYTHING,,,Extra Special!
