pool table stains?

my pool table has a plate sized water stain on the felt. 3 days old-any tips on getting it out?

You know, my dad had the same problem. What we did is took a damp sponge and wiped down the WHOLE table with the sponge. Not only did it clean the felt, but it made the water stain dissapear after the whole table had dried. You may have to do this two or three times, but I guarantee it will work!

Lord knows I have cleaned up more messes!
