how can I get gum out of a mesh jersey?

aight so I was washing my clothes and I took them out to put them in the dyer and I saw that there was gum in my jeans pocket so I took them out not thinking that there could be more somewhere else and threw my clothes in the dryer. then when I was folding them I saw that their was gum on one of my jerseys... does anyone know how I could get it out?

Answers:
Put ice on it.. .it will freeze the gum and you can then start chipping it away

Try putting the jersey in the freezer. when the gum gets frozen it will be brittle and should break off as you try to bend it.
Try putting the jersey in the freezer and let the gum harden. Take the back of a knife and scrape off as much gum as you can before it gets warm. You may have to put it in and take it out several times until you get most of it out, but it's worth a try!
freeze it then break off the gum
Sometimes freezing the gum will allow it to simply break off the fabric. If not some citrus solvents will work to loosen the gum.
Ice and peel, peel, peel Good luck!
