I use dawn ultra concentrated, it works really good and it doesn't dry my hands. do what I do leave a small bottle of good hand lotion by the sink and use it after washing your hands. also if you mix lotion with baby oil gel twice a day it keeps your hands moist.

DAWN OR PALMOLIVE....MADGE SAID SO GET INTO HABIT OF RUBBER GLOVES.
Williams-Sonoma grapefruit. Smooth enough to double as a handsoap.

I use Dawn. I like it for cleaning greasy dishes the best.
I use "JOY" ,mostly because I like the name, but I keep a bottle of hand lotion beside the sink, also!

I use Ajax Pink Grapefruit scent. I do dishes several times a day and I have OCD so I wash my hands a lot with said dish soap, and I don't have any trouble. I just buy it because I like the scent.
i personally use "dawn", but if you're going to dirty that many dishes......i suggest you get a dishwasher. you dont have to do as many times a day and you save your hands as well

Use a good quality hand lotion after washing dishes. I use Eucerin hand lotion,works well.
I use Lemon Ajax or also Dawn; whatever's on sale. However, you should get into the habit of using rubber gloves if you can. Also, use only very warm, not hot, water if your hands are getting really dry. Another also, don't do dishes four times a day. Fill the sink with dishes and then do them. That should get you to once or twice a day. I'm also a Stay at home Mom and I cook everything from scratch, yet I do only one full sinkload a day.

Try Dawn or use rubber gloves. I have a skin problem on my hands and I found the gloves reaaly help.
