What's the best small and inexpensive vacuum for a small apartment?

I need something that isn't bulky or big and works well with pet hair. Thanks

Wal-Mart has some pretty great deals on vacuums. I have a Bissel Clear View I think that's the name of it and it works great. I have a Pom and she sheds a lot. I got mine on Ebay. It had been refurbished and was only $30. I've had it for about a year and it works wonderfully.
