how can i get chewing gum out of clothing?I've tried freezing it didn't work?

olive oil, or vaseline will break it down without the WD-40 smell.
Scrape off as much as you can, then soak the fabric as well as the gum, push it out of the fabric from the back, scraping the gum off the front as it releases.

Threaten kids with bodily harm if they EVER chew gum again.. :)
