How do I fix my trousers?

You'll never be able to repair them, but you can reduce futher wear by sewing in a silk linning down the inside of each leg, to the knee. You don't have to sew along the bottom edge unless you want to put your trousers on from the bottom first.
if u take to a gd tailor they will be able to sort them out for u and u can have them lined so they dnt wear away so fast
How, precisely, did you imagine that they could be repaired? Good grief, just buy yourself a new suit.
If the fabric is worn down to almost no material, there really isn't much you can do. I'm a seamstress and I think it would be easier to just purchase a new suit.

When my boys were little they used to wear out the knees of their trousers. i decided to fix iron on patches which were the same color or transparent onto the inside of the trousers behind the knee area and that was the end of my problems, so more wear and tear! I am not sure if you will get them in Bristol. I bought them in USA. A store that sells sewing extras would have it.
take them to johnsons dry cleaners they have a wide range of services ask about invisable mending or iron on patches.
if you really like the suit the best way to save it is take it to a person that does reweaving this step is expensive, but if you are willing to pay the price it is worth it, ask the drycleaner you go to see if they can know anyone that does this kind of work.
